I do not provide 24/7 on-call service.

I strive to be responsive and prompt to all email, phone, and text correspondence with the folks I work with.

I accept insurance for individual therapy.

I am currently paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, and Aetna. I will work with you to verify your benefits.

My private pay fee is $150 per session.

I cannot accept insurance for couples therapy. My fee for couples therapy is $175 per session.

I am licensed in the state of North Carolina as a Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist.

I am seeing clients both virtually and in person.

I am open to meeting over tele-health, by phone, or in person in the spirit of finding what feels most comfortable and effective for my clients.

I work with adults and adolescents, both as individuals and couples.

I am open to working with anyone over the age of 13 if it feels like we are a good fit.
