Therapy is about co-creating a safer space to explore the depth and complexity of our lives so as to heal through relationship. This work serves as a container to explore anything and everything. I work diligently to curate a relationally open and compassionate space so you can feel seen and known over time. Healing is more than behavior change, more than measuring external success or increasing productivity. Therapy is about developing a relationship with yourself and those around you that feels restorative and sustainable.
My goal as a therapist is to forge with you a liberatory space to untangle the inside and the outside, wrestle with multiple identities, and to grow and align. Our wounds can become sources of light, information, connection, and creativity. We can have more agency in how we define ourselves.
